General Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, responsible for the greeting of visitors of the Bank as well as answering and directing telephone calls to the appropriate individual. Follow service standards in regards to transferring calls and assisting customers with routine questions and directing them to the appropriate area of the Bank for assistance. Responsible for assigned clerical tasks and the assisting of safe deposit box operations of the branch. Provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess the skills and knowledge to that of a high school diploma. Must exhibit strong communication and organizational skills along with time management skills and ability to follow-up with both customers and co-workers.

General Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Teller Supervisor, responsible for customer service and cross-selling efforts. Provide outstanding customer service while processing teller transactions in a most efficient and courteous manner. Refer and cross-sell additional products and services to customers when appropriate.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess the skills and knowledge to that of a high school diploma. Previous cash handling experience preferred. Must have outstanding customer service skills. Strong communication and organizational skills.
